1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using LocalSoc, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. User Accounts

When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

3. Platform Usage

You agree to use the platform:

  • In compliance with all applicable laws
  • Without violating any third-party rights
  • Without engaging in fraudulent or harmful activities
  • Without disrupting the platform's operation

4. Google Business Profile Authorization

By connecting your Google Business Profile account to LocalSoc, you authorize LocalSoc to:

  • Access and display your business listing information, photos, posts, reviews, and performance data
  • Create, edit, and publish content (such as posts and attribute updates) to your listing on your behalf, including publishing posts you schedule in advance through our Schedule Post feature

You may revoke this authorization at any time. Any automated action LocalSoc takes on your account — including publishing a scheduled post at its designated time — will only occur based on your prior, specific instruction or configuration, not without your consent.

5. Notice of Account Changes

Where LocalSoc makes a change to your Business Profile account, we will notify you within 48 hours of that change, in addition to any notice Google may separately provide.

6. Termination and Disassociation

You may stop using LocalSoc's Business Profile management features at any time. Upon your request, we will disassociate your Business Profile account from our platform and remove any management permissions within seven (7) business days, after which you will have exclusive control of your Google Business Profile account.

7. Google Trademarks and Branding

LocalSoc's use of Google's Business Profile APIs does not create, suggest, or imply any partnership with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from Google LLC. Any Google branding, attribution, or content displayed within LocalSoc (such as review widgets or "Powered by Google" attribution) is displayed as required by Google's brand guidelines and API documentation, and may not be removed or altered by users of the platform.

8. Content Guidelines

You are responsible for all content you post on LocalSoc. Content must not:

  • Be illegal, harmful, or offensive
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Contain false or misleading information
  • Include spam or unauthorized advertising

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of any business information, posts, or responses submitted through LocalSoc to your Google Business Profile. LocalSoc is not responsible for actions taken by Google (such as rejecting a post or suspending a listing) as a result of content you submit.

9. Intellectual Property

LocalSoc retains all rights to the platform and its content. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

LocalSoc is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
